Parks and Recreation
3900 Confederation Pkwy is located near to several of the best parks in Mississauga.
Zonta Meadows Park, which is on the north side of Burnhamthorpe Rd., is a 2 minute walk away.
This large city park has winding walkways, and features children’s play areas, public tennis courts, and open fields which are great for soccer and other team sports.
M1 is also across the street from John Bud Cleary Park, a good spot that presents opportunities for dog walking, hiking and jogging, and it also features additional children’s play areas. The park is expected to be expanded in 2025 to include green space directly abutting M1 and M2.
Mississauga’s Kariya Park is a lovely Japanese themed park with a pond, walkways and wooden bridges, a pagoda-type structure with a large brass bell, and cherry blossoms in the spring. It is about a 15 minute walk away, or 4 minutes by car.
