During 2021 there were 8 sales at this popular complex. Asking prices ranged from $689,900 to $749,900.

There were 3 sales here, with asking prices ranging from $599,000 to $689,900

2380 Bromsgrove Road

There were 10 sales here. There was a wide range in asking prices from $500,000 to $849,900.

This complex had 7 sales during 2021. Asking price ranged from $589,000 to $759,900.

There was a total of 10 sales at this large townhouse complex during 2021. Asking prices ranged from a low of $629,900 to a high of $699,000.

The 18% jump in prices during the 2021 Covid-19 pandemic shows the remarkable resilience of the real estate market in southern Ontario, and the Greater Toronto Area specifically. Not even a global pandemic was able to stop this market! Historic low interest rates have helped, of course, but I think it bears repeating that our local market is unbelievably robust. Over the past ten years, people who have purchased one of these popular Clarkson townhouses have nearly tripled their money.

The average days on the market (the time it took to sell) came in at 9, an incredible figure for townhouses for sale in Mississauga, especially for a neighborhood built during the 1970s.

Looking Ahead – What’s in Store for 2022?


As 2022 begins a new year, how will prices change for these Mississauga townhouses?

We believe that, in spite of worldwide events such as the Covid-19 pandemic,  relatively affordable townhouses such as those on Bromsgrove Rd. will continue to be very popular.

Interest rates are expected to rise in 2022, but not by a significant amount that would unduly dampen the market.

We expect that once the Covid-19 pandemic is over, immigration into Canada and the Greater Toronto Area will resume, adding another factor to market strength. The current Liberal government has indicated that they will admit huge numbers of new Canadians, in excess of 400,000 people per year, once we are back to normal.  As long as the local economy is able to recover from the admitted hits it has taken due to the coronavirus, we believe the market will continue its upwards path.
