In addition, Celebration Square with its vibrant slate of community events, fountains, and skating rink in winter, Mississauga City Hall, the central YMCA, the Hazel McCallion Central Library, Sheridan College, the Living Arts Centre, and the Mississauga Transit and GO bus terminal are all within easy walking distance.
This luxury condo is also a short driving distance to the Cooksville GO station, and Highway 403 is easily accessable via Mavis Road.
There are several elementary schools serving the area. Equally important, both Catholic and public high schools are available nearby: Father Goetz Catholic Secondary School, and T.L. Kennedy Public Secondary School.

The condominium itself features a nicely landscaped central courtyard that faces the second phase of the development – Grand Park 2.
Throughout the condo, individual units have open balconies, many with terrific views of downtown Mississauga, Toronto, and points further afield such as Niagara Falls. The various floorplans have been popular with singles and families. Google reviews for this property are generally positive.
