Square One Shopping Centre, Ontario’s largest mall, is located a few short blocks to the northeast of the condo.
Square One has more than 360 stores, restaurants, bars, and services, and is a 3 minute drive, and a 10 minute walk away, with the southwest entrance to the mall (Holt Renfrew) being nearest.
400 Webb Drive is situated at the corner of Webb Drive and Confederation Parkway.
In addition to the Square One mall, there is a commercial plaza a couple of blocks to the west that includes a Winners store, a Shopper’s Drug Mart with post office, a Staples Business Depot, a UFC Fitness Gym, a Mr. India grocery store, and numerous restaurants including Kelsey’s, a bubble tea place, a Thai restaurant, a shawarma place, a Vietnamese pho eaterie, and the Nihari Inn Pakistani restaurant.
There is also another commercial plaza just one block south on Confederation Parkway with a supermarket, doctor’s offices, a pharmacy, a florist, and several restaurants including the Lazar Portuguese Deli & Bakery.
Apart from all the shopping possibilities, Celebration Square with its vibrant slate of community events, its fountains, and skating rink in winter, Mississauga City Hall, the central YMCA, the Hazel McCallion Central Library, Sheridan College, the Living Arts Centre, and the Mississauga Transit and GO bus terminal are all within easy walking distance.
400 Webb Drive is also a short driving distance to the Cooksville GO station, and Highway 403 is easily accessible via either Mavis Road, or Hurontario St.
There is a fairly large assortment of grocery stores in the immediate area, including the Wholesale Club Supermarket, which is one block away. Additional stores include the Whole Foods located on the north side of the mall, and the full grocery located in Walmart at Square One.
There are also two nearby asian grocery stores T&T and Yuan Ming, as well as a Mr. India grocery at 3950 Grand Park Drive.
There are several elementary schools serving the area. Equally important, both Catholic and public high schools are available nearby: Father Goetz Catholic Secondary School, and T.L. Kennedy Public Secondary School.

Zonta Meadows Park, which is on the north side of Burnhamthorpe Rd., is a 10 minute walk away. This excellent city park has winding walkways, and features children’s play areas, public tennis courts, and open fields which are great for soccer and other team sports.
The condominium itself has a large, treed, nicely manicured yard, with extensive landscaping.
It should be noted that some units in the condo have open balconies, and some do not. The higher floors offer good views of downtown Mississauga and Lake Ontario.
The various floorplans have been popular with singles and families. Google reviews for this property are generally positive.
