The Capital Towers themselves are situated on the west side of of Living Arts Drive, directly across from Mississauga City Hall and the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Garden.
Square One Area Attractions
Shopping
Square One Shopping Centre, which is the largest mall in Ontario, is located just a couple of blocks to the east of the condo.
Square One has more than 360 stores, restaurants, bars, and services, and is a 1 minute drive, and a 2 minute walk away. The two west entrances to the mall (Holt Renfrew and the Food District) are the closest. Anchor stores at Square One are:

In addition to the Square One mall, there are several other commercial plazas in the neighborhood.
A few blocks to the west there is a complex that includes a Winners store, a Shopper’s Drug Mart with post office, a Staples Business Depot, a Fit4Less Gym, a Mr. India grocery store, and numerous restaurants including Kelsey’s, a bubble tea place, a Thai restaurant, a shawarma place, and a Vietnamese pho eaterie.
There is also a commercial plaza further south on Confederation Parkway with a supermarket, doctor’s offices, a pharmacy, a florist, and several restaurants including the Lazar Portuguese Deli & Bakery.

Apart from all the shopping possibilities, you will find a large array of attractions within a few minutes walk:

There is a NOFRILLS Supermarket, which is at 325 Central Parkway W, a few blocks away, and also a new Food Basics supermarket across Confederation Pkwy at the Avia condo.
Additional stores include the Whole Foods Market located on the north side of the mall, and the full grocery located in Walmart at Square One.
There is also an additional Food Basics located at Burnhamthorpe Rd. E and Central Parkway, as well as a Metro supermarket at the Iona Plaza at 1585 Mississauga Valley Blvd.
Finally, there are also two notable nearby asian grocery stores, T&T Supermarket and Yuan Ming Supermarket, as well as a Mr. India grocery located at 3950 Grand Park Drive.

The nearest hospital is the Trillium Health Partners Mississauga Hospital. It is located at 100 Queensway W., near Hurontario and the QEW, which is about a 12 minute drive away.
The Mississauga Hospital (formerly known as Trillium Hospital) houses the largest concentration of critical care services in Canada, with modern facilities that are currently undergoing a major expansion.
Parks and Recreation
Capital Towers are blessed with close access to several of the top 20 parks in Mississauga.
Kariya Park, which is a lovely Japanese themed park with a pond, wooden walkways, a temple-like structure with a bronze cast bell, and plenty of wildlife, is about a ten minute walk away.
Zonta Meadows Park, which is on the north side of Burnhamthorpe Rd., is a 2 minute walk away. This excellent city park has winding walkways, and features children’s play areas, public tennis courts, and open fields which are great for soccer and other team sports.
Transit
The MiWay City Centre Transit Terminal, which also serves as a major GO bus terminal, is particularly close to the Capital Towers, literally a 3 minute walk away. It will soon host the new Hurontario LRT with a stop as well.
4090 Living Arts Dr is also a short driving distance to the Cooksville GO station.
Ontario Highway 403, which is easily accessible via Rathburn Road, provides quick access to Toronto Pearson International Airport (CYYZ).
