Completed in 1990, the Park Mansion was originally launched as sister building to the Mansion condo located next door at 55 Kingsbridge Garden Circle. Both buildings are luxury properties that have maintained their reputations over the past thirty-five years.

There are actually 4 condo towers at this part of Kingsbridge Garden Circle. They are nestled in a treed cul-de-sac on the north side of the street. In addition to these 4 condos, there is also a 5th building that is located on the south side of the street:

Municipal address for The Park Mansion is 45 Kingsbridge Garden Circle, Mississauga, Ontario L5R 3K4.

The nearest major intersection is the corner of Hurontario St. and Eglinton Ave. W.

The Park Mansion complex was part of the initial wave of luxury condos in downtown Mississauga that were built in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.

The location is very good. Although 45 Kingsbridge Garden Circle is located in the Hurontario district, which is an area slightly to the north of Mississauga City Centre (MCC), it is surrounded by plenty of retail and commercial options, and is just minutes away from all that MCC has to offer.

Unique Benefits of The Park Mansion

The good news is that 45 Kingsbridge Garden Circle is old school. Condo apartments here are very large when compared to today’s more recent projects. For example, most 2 bedroom units are between 1200 and 1600 square feet, which is much larger than today’s typical condos.

There are also some inclusions that you typically don’t see in newer buildings, such as the car wash in the parking garage, tennis courts, and the fact that the maintenance fees include all utilities, plus both cable TV and high-speed internet.

But before we take a deep dive into the building itself, let’s take a look at the area.

Mississauga Attractions

Shopping

The Park Mansion condo has walkable access to several shopping plazas in the area that feature restaurants, coffee shops, offices, and stores.

There is a major mall that is directly across Hurontario St., which includes a large supermarket named Oceans Fresh Food Market, multiple coffee shops and restaurants, a Toys ‘R’ Us, and many other retail establishments.

And in addition, Square One Shopping Centre, Ontario’s largest mall, is just a 5 minute drive away. The two north entrances to the mall (Walmart and Simons) are the closest.

Square One has more than 360 stores, restaurants, bars, and services.

Entertainment

In addition to all the shopping possibilities, once you cross over to the City Centre area, there are a lot of attractions here at the heart of the Mississauga City Centre for anyone to enjoy.

The nearest cinemas are the Cineplex Cinemas at Rathburn Road and Living Arts Drive.

Transit

The central Mississauga MiWay Transit and GO bus terminal is located at the north side of the Square One mall. This is the central transit hub for the city of Mississauga.

Here you will find direct MiWay bus service to points across the city, as well as direct service to the Kipling subway station in Etobicoke. Furthermore,

GO Transit bus service extends from here to downtown Toronto, and to many other points including Toronto Pearson International Airport, Hamilton, and even Scarborough.

The transit terminal will soon add a major new enhancement when the Hurontario LRT (Hazel McCallion LRT) adds a stop there in late 2025 or early 2026. This will provide direct light rail service from Port Credit north to the centre of Brampton.

The LRT is replacing a bus route that currently runs north-south along Hurontario St., and it will have a stop right by the front door of 45 Kingsbridge Garden Circle.

In addition, the LRT will continue on to the Cooksville GO station, a short distance beyond the transit terminal, which will provide additional connectivity to downtown Toronto.

Commuters living at the Park Mansion also have easy access to both Ontario Highway 403, and Highway 401. Both highways are close by, and are easily accessible via Hurontario St.

Schools

There are several elementary schools serving the area, including Huntington Ridge Elementary School (PK-5) Fairwind Senior Public School (6-8), and St. Matthew Catholic Elementary School (PK-8).

In addition, there are also public and catholic high schools nearbyRick Hansen Secondary School and St. Francis Xavier Catholic Secondary School.

Hospital

The nearest hospital is the Trillium Health Partners Mississauga Hospital. It is located at 100 Queensway W., near Hurontario and the QEW, which is about a 12 minute drive away.

The Mississauga Hospital (formerly known as Trillium Hospital) houses the largest concentration of critical care services in Canada, with modern facilities that are currently undergoing a major expansion.

Nearby Grocery Stores

There’s a huge selection of places to shop for groceries in the area. You will find all types of supermarkets, in all price ranges.

As mentioned above, there is a major grocery store named Oceans Fresh Food Market, which is right across Hurontario St. Oceans is a vast Chinese-themed supermarket that also has a full selection of western goods. It’s extremely popular with locals and visitors alike.

A few minutes north on Hurontario St. you will find Highland Farms, which is another vast and popular supermarket that has discount prices.

While emphatically not a discount brand, Whole Foods Market has a location on the north side of the Square One mall.

Also close by are Food Basics and Metro supermarkets, plus the full grocery located in Walmart at Square One.

Parks and Recreation

Despite being just minutes away from the bustling city centre of Mississauga, residents and their guests at the Park Mansion are lucky to have close access to one of the best parks in Mississauga.

Kariya Park was originally a gift to the city of Mississauga from the city of Kariya, Japan.

This excellent city park, with its serene Japanese gardens, is often the setting for wedding pictures for newlywed couples.

The park has winding trails, ponds, wooden bridges, sculptures, a pagoda-style pavilion, and much more.

There are also several neighbourhood parks nearby, including Kingsbridge Common Park, which is a 5 minute walk away, Greyshale Park, and Heritage Hills Park, which are each about an 11 minute walk from the condo. All three have soccer fields and baseball diamonds.

There are over 70 highrise condos in the city centre, as well as over 20 in the Hurontario area. Consequently, all the parks are extremely popular, and they are usually very busy during the warmer months.
