For recreation, Milton District High School has a large gymnasium and a  full assortment of track and field facilities.

The school is located in southwest Milton, and there are plenty of parks and commercial areas nearby. The Milton Sports Centre is a fairly major sports complex, with swimming pool and ice rinks. It’s about a 15 minute walk away.
