Parkside Village is a 30 acre multi-year, multi-tower condo and townhouse master-planned community being built by Amacon Developments, a prominent real estate developer based in Vancouver, B.C., and one of the top real estate companies of Canada.
Plans call for 16 highrise towers with up to 6000 residential units that will be home to 12,000 people. There is also a group of townhouses that line the western perimeter of the site.

- 4070 Confederation Parkway – Grand Residences at Parkside Village
- 4011 Brickstone Mews – PSV Condominium
- 510 Curran Place – PSV2 Condominium
There are currently two more towers under construction known as Voya, with even more towers planned for the future.
