Kaneff Group is a prominent real estate developer, builder, and property manager within the Greater Toronto Area of Canada.

Kaneff Group of Companies have been a force in the real estate industry for over 70 years, and have built more than 10,000 residences since 1951.

The company was founded by Ignat ‘Iggy’ Kaneff, who immigrated to Canada from Bulgaria.

Kaneff built his first house in Mississauga, which he eventually mortgaged to purchase two more, laying the foundation for his own company’s legacy.

He then built his first apartment building, pioneering the first high-rise building in Mississauga’s history.

Ignat Kaneff also was well known for his love for the game of golf, which eventually manifested in 1989 with the development of a flagship facility known as the Lionhead Golf Club and Conference Centre.

That golf club eventually expanded into the Kaneff Golf organization, with six properties in southern Ontario, 

Mr. Kaneff was also a renowned philanthropist.

Today, the Kaneff Group is a prominent member among the list of real estate companies of Canada.
