Vandyk Properties was a privately owned Canadian real estate development and investment management company. They had offices in Mississauga, Ontario, and Sarasota, Florida.
The company was founded in 1979, and specialized in low-rise residential communities, mid-rise condominiums, mixed-use developments, commercial construction management, retail property management, design/build, and investment management.
They completed dozens of residential condo projects in the Greater Toronto Area, before being placed into receivership in 2024.
