Contents

The building was built and completed in 1990.
25 Agnes St consists of a single 13 storey tower with 97 units that are a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments. There are several retail establishments on the ground floor of the building.
The location of the Waterford tower is a big plus. It is located just a block north of the intersection of Dundas St. and Hurontario St., and is an easy 10 minute walk to the Cooksville GO Station. The Cooksville GO Station is a stop on the Milton rail line that provides commuters with direct service to Union Station in downtown Toronto.
Municipal address for the Waterford Condominium is 25 Agnes Street, Mississauga, Ontario L5B 3X7.
Directly across Agnes Street you will find 3 storey commercial plaza known as Cooksville Colonnade (3024 Hurontario Street). The plaza offers a diverse set of retail and office uses and contains the Cooksville Branch Library.
One of the city’s best coffee shops, Halo Expresso Bar, is in the Colonnade.
Although it is located in the Cooksville district, which is an area slightly to the south of Mississauga City Centre (MCC), this condo is surrounded by plenty of retail and commercial options, and is just a few minutes away from all that MCC has to offer.
Pros and Cons
There are several features to note here. First, the apartments at 25 Agnes St are a bit larger than those of newer builds. For example, most 2 bedroom units are between 900 and 1100 square feet, which is quite a premium over today’s typical units. That’s a win.
Secondly, the previously mentioned proximity to the Cooksville GO Station is a huge plus for many commuters.
There are also a few negatives concerning 25 Agnes St.
First, there are no open balconies in this building. You will see a few realtors advertising “enclosed balconies”, but these are simply indoor solariums.
Secondly, pets are not allowed here. I you are a dog lover, this is not the building for you.
Third, there is no concierge service at the Waterford Condo. All things to consider.
Before we take a deep dive into the building itself, let’s take a look at the area.

There will be four stops in Cooksville, including one at Hurontario St. and Dundas St. W, and one at the Cooksville GO Station.
While the Cooksville GO Station is a major transportation hub in its own right, the LRT will also provide further connectivity to the main transportation hub in the City of Mississauga, which is the central Mississauga MiWay Transit and GO bus terminal.
