Central Peel Secondary School

Central Peel Secondary School is a high school in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. It is part of the Peel District School Board.

Approximately 1300 students attend the school. Central Peel first opened in 1960.

The school’s motto is “to work as a diverse learning community in which all members strive to understand and develop their full potential.”

Central Peel Secondary School offers a wide range of special academic courses, including the Advanced Placement Program (AP), as well as Specialist High Skills Majors (SHSM) in Business and in Sports.

CPSS is a member of the Region of Peel Secondary Schools Athletic Association (ROPSSAA). and has a renowned athletics program, with many winning teams. It also offers fine arts programs, including the Regional Arts program on stringed instruments.

Central Peel Secondary School is one of 23 public and separate (Catholic) high schools in Brampton.
