St. Joan of Arc Catholic Secondary School Mississauga

St. Joan of Arc Catholic Secondary School scores well as a highly rated separate high school situated in the Churchill Meadows area of northwest Mississauga, offering schooling for grades 9-12.

There are currently approximately 1100 students registered at this modern and attractively located facility. St. Joan of Arc CSS serves a large catchment area that includes the entirety of Churchill Meadows. As with most Catholic high schools, students here are required to wear uniforms while attending classes.

The school was founded in 2004, and it is considered one of the better high schools in Peel Region. The school offers a wide assortment of academic courses.

St. Joan provides three Specialist High Skills Majors (SHSM) programs in Arts and Culture, in Hospitality, as well as in Information and Communications Technology.

Although only Core French is offered at this school, Extended French instruction is available at nearby St. Aloysius Gonzaga high school.

St. Joan of Arc was the third high school in Mississauga to be built in partnership with the City of Mississauga, sharing facilities with the Churchill Meadows public library and community centre. The school itself contains a Media Centre built into 65 classrooms, 45 SMART boards, a triple gym, a 3 bay auto shop, a broadcast studio, a cosmetology lab, an oversized music room, and a chapel.
