CityGate condos are a 35 storey highrise condominium in the Square One City Centre area of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The tower was built and registered by Toronto developer Davies-Smith.

Davies-Smith completed this first phase of the CityGate towers development in 2006, and followed it with another tower called CityGate II, located at 220 Burnhamthorpe Rd. W.
A third tower was completed, named Solstice at 225 Webb Drive, and finally the fourth and final tower was built, and it is named Onyx at 223 Webb Drive.
The first CityGate tower was designed by Roland Rom Colthoff of Quadrangle Architects, and when it first came on the market, it was honoured with several industry awards for design excellence, including Project of the Year by the Greater Toronto Home Builder’s Association in 2003.

Square One Attractions

They include: Whole Foods Market located on the north side of the Square One mall, the full grocery located in Walmart at Square One, nearby Metro store at Mississauga Valley Blvd., a Food Basics at Burnhamthorpe Rd E. and Central Parkway, and a discount store Wholesale Club located on Confederation Parkway.
There are actually three Asian supermarkets in the area: T&T, Yuan Ming, and Ocean’s.
In addition, there is a Mr. India grocery located at Grand Park Ave. In addition to all these options, there is also a 24 hour food market located next door at Solstice condo.
