The two towers each stand 30 storeys tall, and they share a common courtyard. There are on-site retail outlets in the podium, including restaurants and a Rabba grocery store.

Capital Towers also include a small section of “Garden Villa” units which have a separate address – 320 City Centre Drive. They are tucked away behind the main towers, and they are administered by the same condo corporation that administers the south tower.
The Capital Towers themselves are situated on the west side of of Living Arts Drive, directly across from Mississauga City Hall and the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Garden.
Square One Area Attractions
Square One Shopping Centre, which is the largest mall in Ontario, is located just a couple of blocks to the east of the condo.
Square One has more than 360 stores, restaurants, bars, and services, and is a 1 minute drive, and a 2 minute walk away. The two west entrances to the mall (Holt Renfrew and the Food District) are the closest. Anchor stores at Square One are:

In addition to the Square One mall, there are several other commercial plazas in the neighborhood.
A few blocks to the west there is a complex called Rio Can Grand Park that includes a Winners store, a Shopper’s Drug Mart with post office, a Staples Business Depot, a UFC Fitness Gym, a Mr. India grocery store, and numerous restaurants including Kelsey’s, a bubble tea place, a Thai restaurant, a shawarma place, a Vietnamese pho eaterie, and the Nihari Inn Pakistani restaurant.
There is also a commercial plaza further south on Confederation Parkway with a supermarket, doctor’s offices, a pharmacy, a florist, and several restaurants including the Lazar Portuguese Deli & Bakery.
Apart from all the shopping possibilities, you will find a large array of attractions within a few minutes walk:

Ontario Highway 403, which is easily accessible via Rathburn Road, provides quick access to Toronto Pearson International Airport (CYYZ).
There is a generous assortment of grocery stores in the immediate area, including a Rabba Fine Foods grocery located right in the podium of the south tower. There is a Wholesale Club Supermarket, which is at 325 Central Parkway W, a few blocks away.
Additional stores include the Whole Foods Market located on the north side of the mall, and the full grocery located in Walmart at Square One.
There is also a Food Basics located at Burnhamthorpe Rd. E and Central Parkway, as well as a Metro supermarket at the Iona Plaza at 1585 Mississauga Valley Blvd.
Finally, there are also two notable nearby asian grocery stores T&T Supermarket and Yuan Ming Supermarket, as well as a Mr. India grocery located at 3950 Grand Park Drive.
Schools
There are several elementary schools serving the area, including Bishop Scalabrini Catholic school, Fairview Public School, and the new Elm Drive public elementary school.
In addition, both Catholic and public high schools are close by: Michael Goetz Secondary School, and T.L. Kennedy High School.

Zonta Meadows Park, which is on the north side of Burnhamthorpe Rd., is a 2 minute walk away. This excellent city park has winding walkways, and features children’s play areas, public tennis courts, and open fields which are great for soccer and other team sports.
The condominium itself has a large, treed, nicely manicured circular drive entrance, with extensive landscaping.
As noted above, there are open balconies with every unit in the two towers. The higher floors do offer excellent views of the City Centre of Mississauga, and points further afield including the Humber Bay and Toronto skylines.
The various floorplans have been popular, especially with families. Google reviews for this property are generally positive.
