There is also another commercial plaza just one block south on Confederation Parkway with a supermarket, doctor’s offices, a pharmacy, a florist, and several restaurants including the Lazar Portuguese Deli & Bakery.
Apart from all the shopping possibilities, Celebration Square with its vibrant slate of community events, its fountains, and skating rink in winter, Mississauga City Hall, the central YMCA, the Hazel McCallion Central Library, the Mississauga Art Gallery, Sheridan College, the Living Arts Centre, and the Mississauga MiWay Transit and GO bus terminal are all within easy walking distance.
350 Webb Drive is also a short driving distance to the Cooksville GO station, and Highway 403 is easily accessible via either Mavis Road, or Hurontario St.
There is a fairly large assortment of grocery stores in the immediate area, including the Wholesale Club Supermarket, which is one block away. Additional stores include the Whole Foods located on the north side of the mall, and the full grocery located in Walmart at Square One.

The condominium itself has a large, treed, nicely manicured yard, with extensive landscaping.
It should be noted that some units in the condo have open balconies, and some do not. The higher floors offer good views of downtown Mississauga and Lake Ontario.
