Notre Dame Secondary School is a highly rated Catholic high school located in the Heart Lake area of north Brampton, Ontario. It offers schooling for grades 9-12, and is a member of the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board.

There are currently approximately 1480 students registered at Notre Dame Brampton. As with most Catholic high schools, students here are required to wear uniforms while attending classes.
Notre Dame was founded in 1983, and it is considered one of the better high schools in Peel Region.
Specialized Courses
Academically, NDCSS has an extensive list of specialized courses and programs.
International Baccalaureate IB
Notre Dame is an IB World School, offering the Diploma Programme. The Diploma Programme curriculum is made up of six subject groups and the DP core, comprising theory of knowledge (TOK), creativity, activity, service (CAS) hours, and the extended essay (EE).
Through the Diploma Programme core, students reflect on the nature of knowledge, complete independent research and undertake a project that often involves community service.
The International Baccalaureate is a worldwide network of schools that provide academically challenging instruction for student participants in grades 11 and12.
Dual Credit Program
Dual Credit programs provide grade 11 and 12 students with an opportunity to earn both college and non-compulsory secondary credits at the same time. College credits earned may be applied to a college program after high school.
Students can choose from more than 50 courses at colleges such as Centennial, George Brown, Humber, Seneca and Sheridan.
SHSM
Once students reach Grade 11, they can also participate in an Ontario Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) program for Non-Profit.
French Language
Although there is no French Immersion offered at this high school, students can find French language instruction in Core French.
ESL
Notre Dame provides extensive English as a Second Language (ESL) programs led by teachers with substantial experience working with students in ESL.
OYAP
The school is also a participant in the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP) for skilled trades.

Despite being a 40 year old facility, Notre Dame CSS offers a good variety of modern classrooms and work areas for students.
